Does anyone know where I can get food intolerance testing for less than 75? I have found one place in Portsmouth that does it but can't find anywhere else. Is there a national/common company out there that does it for less?

I know supermarkets and chemist do a test that's only about 9.99. It doesn't do an exact food intolerance but it does allergies and will tell you if you're allergic/intolerant to dairy for example. The only thing is I can't for the life of me remember what it's called. But basically you do a little pin prick in your finger to get a drop of blood and it works similar to a pregnancy test.

I hope this helps although it's not exactly what you asked for

Have you thought about having applied kinesiology - should be about 40 pounds for a session

Thanks guys - I will definitely have a look for a supermarket test - thank you happy_face, as I have a horrible feeling I am intolerant to dairy! Kazza - I have never heard of kinesiology??!?!?
HI,Im sure Holland &Barret do one also.
have a search on google  try "applied kinesiology food allergy "and browse through

VINNY 100_2 is correct my local Holland & Barret do food intolerance testing from time to time. Check with them to see if it's due back. My friend went & it wasn't that expensive (well deffo under 75) and she had a gluten or wheat or something like that intolerance show up & since she has cut it out she has felt tonnes better.

Good luck.

Why not test yourself??! All you do is eat a type of food and measure your pulse rate. In theory, your pulse will speed up when you eat the food you are intolerant to. Also you could do detox diet, and then after 2 weeks gradually re-introduce one food type at a time and see if it makes you feel worse. I did this, and eliminated dairy, wheat, sugar, salt, alcohol, caffeine and meat to start with. I now avoid dairy, wheat, salt and caffeine, which is no big deal, and I feel much healthier too!
Applied/Classical Kinesiology.  Contact the Kinesiology Federation (look on Google) and they will be able to give you a list of people in your area.
Yes, there are companies wherein you can test the food intolerance at reasonable rates but make sure to choose a reliable site. As it is the matter of your health, you can't afford to take risks. Certain food items are not well suited to an individual. You must look forward to figuring out the food items that are responsible for the adverse effects you often face. My friends recommended me to take a test at https://www.intolerancelab.co.uk/intolerance-2/ as it is known to offer quality services at reasonable rates.
