Would you ever have cosmetic surgery? Be it a bit of botox or a full list of implants and extractions?

I would love to have a nose job and would probably see if they could do a bogof at the same time so I could get my ears pinned back too. Not sure I would go under the knife for something that could be remedied through excersize though, such a liposuction.

No, but if I ever did I would ask them to sort out my eye bags obtained from years of allergic reactions!!

However, I can live with them. I am used to them as others are, and I wouldn't put myself under the knife for any cosmetic reasons unless I real deformities.

if you have a genuine problem then I can see the benefit, although I would not do it myself, but as an ageing remedy then no, Im increasingly noticing an amount of people on TV lately who have had work done and they all look the same (weird)

not young, not natural, just odd and the more work they have done the more bizarre they start to look.
I would love a breast reduction, but have had too many ops in my lifetime to consider it.
Yes....boob lift, if the diet works I will probably need an apronectomy (mega tummy tuck) and the bits under my arms thats my pension lump sum gone in a few years time then
I could do with a face lift,I have puffy eye-bags too and everything is saggin',but you would have to pay ME to go under the knife.I hate general anaesthetic,it makes me very ill.
If I had something I seriously didn`t like that wasn`t part of the aging process such as an insightly nose or eyebags then yes, I don`t see why not.
I think if I ever started having cosmetic surgery, I wouldn't know when to stop.

Top of the list would be my nose - it broke when my mother dropped me in the coal scuttle when I was little
Awaiting an Organ Transplant at the moment, but have to wait until the local Farmer's Donkey dies first. He doesn't look too healthy at the moment so might not have to wait long ! ;-))
idiot!!!
Sorry Mrs O but LOL ^
Actually I might as well just have a body transplant,,,
Not something that us blokes tend to worry about (on a vanity or self confidence point of view, perhaps if it was needed for health or medical reasons) But, I know guys who have had botox at 30ish years old because of frown lines and stuff like that. And, my mate is a boxer, he had his nose done as it had been broken twice. I dont know how I would feel if I was really depressed over my image and wanted something smaller or something bigger etc, I think if it takes over your life to the point where your body image is the root of a lot of stress and your lifestyle would improve as a result, why not? Sometimes its a mental battle and people will see nothing wrong at all with you!
I am like DEN - too many ops to actually have one for cosmetic reasons!! I will only have an op. if I need it for medical reasons. Op's are not without risk. I certainly wouldn't have botox or face lifts. There is a look people get when they have had work on and, as cazz says, it doesn't usually make them look younger - it just looks like an older face that has been smoothed out. And the character goes from the face.
''I would love a breast reduction''

Go for it... and send me the excess... my moobs could do with a little more definition...
I wouldn't mind my teeth fixing, they're a bit shoddy, but I'm happy enough with my baldy head and wonky nose, they give me a bit of character I think! ha!
Whose body would you like Rowan!!
I wouldn't have cosmetic surgery but both brother-in-law and his wife have had major work done. Must say they look good but it's not for me.
Lucy lawless or Nigella Lawson please....
redman - one of my sisters is waiting for an organ transplant and is desperately ill. I don't find your remark amusing
