If someone does not eat anything at all but drinks normally what will happen to the internal organs over say a two week period? Someone I know is doing this as a form of self punishment due to a domestic.

Over 2 weeks....nothing demonstrable ( seen from the outside) will happen to their internal organs. As long as fluid is taken, the 2 weeks without food is not a big deal.

The stomach may shrink a little, the liver may lose some of it´s energy providing products, the brain and kidneys will do nicely.............all will revert to normal.

Bit harsh for a "domestic"...what?
to add to sqad's comments, I think that the person shouldn't drive or operate machinery etcetera while doing such a drastic fast....punishing one's self is one thing, having a dizzy spell an running down an innocent bystander is something else.

Thanks to you both, I was starting to get a bit worried although I never thought about the driving aspect. Time for a word I think.
dizzy spells don't happen to everyone (I know from experience)
but do you think you were functioning normally, totally focussed and okay?
yes, same as usual
and was that objectively tested? people who are actually drunk often say they don't feel any different but when their reactions are tested the difference shows quite clearly.
if I told you, you wouldn't believe me anyway, so that's the end of the matter
I only asked.......
I'm 48 years old and I still cry with fear when I'm in the dentists chair, am I weird?
