Girl comes in!

I know most posts here are about relationships but this is just about friends. Anyway so since 1st year I have had these two best friends and we were like the 3 musketeers like we would conquer everything together! Then there was this girl (i will call her girl) and we used to speak to her anyway but she wasn't one of the 'musketeers'. So anyway she just sidled her way into our group and the other two seem to like her quite a lot. Anyway so sometimes I get on with her but i just feel she's too big for her boots and she thinks she's the bees knees because she was in a different group before she came to ours so she talks to them and smirks to us as in 'oh look at me talking to them'. I miss the 3 of us together. i don't mind being friends with the girl but just not as close as we are. Maybe im just having a bad day but she's just really not on my good side at the moment. A bit cocky and way too over-confident.

when you grow up you'll realse everyone can be friends and also your closest friends you dont see everyday anymore but know that if you need them they are always there. Stop with the group thing you'll be better off for it and be nice to the girl you'll feel better off for it

Do I detect an incy-wincy bit of jealousy creeping in there Sophie? Its understandable you're of that age. But try to be a 'foursome' it can be good fun.
I was part of a girl foursome like you for many years. Even after marriage and babies. There was always one you could turn to and you can do things in pairs. Go with it Soph.
