I keep getting sharp stabbing pains at the bottom right of my head. I also get painful migraines, dizziness, and extreme tiredness at random times of the day. Oh i also get nausea and occasional sickness. Pregnancy has already been ruled out! Any suggestions as to what is going on??

Yes, you must see a doctor asap. It might not be serious but you should not leave it. The sooner you know what it is the sooner it can be treated.

As the others have said, these symptoms are not the sort you mess about with on here - GO AND SEE YOUR DOCTOR PDQ. It may not be serious, but if it is, then you need to get treatment quickly.
