I woke up today with red itchy patches in between my knuckles this morning. its definitely not a mosquito bite or flea bite... its very flat and almost rash like... this has never happened before. i vacuumed my room yesterday... is there any reason it could be linked to dust mites from the vacuum or something?

If it itches it could be scabies - that is a common site for them.

Have you been in contact with anyone who may have them?
Not enough information.....are you on any medication?
Have you had an infection anywhere on your skin?
Do you suffer from Athlete's Foot?

no, no and no. erm... i work in a bar? plenty of people.

honestly guys dunno what they are. theyre definitely weird though. not like a normal bite. i think scabies is more of like unbearable icthing. they dont really itch unless i irritate it somehow. like getting in the shower...

the only thing that is abnormal is the fact i have a massive bag of bananas on my bedside table... banana insect? haha. i have no explanations.

and actually i took a tablet last night, flucanazole. but ive taken it before and its never had this effect...
You could have contact dermatitis. Some time ago my niece worked part time in a bar whilst at Uni and had something similar to your descrition, other staff at the bar had it as well and they discovered it was the cleaning detergent.
OK scabies and contact dermatitis are the likely contenders.
Get some Hydrocortisone (or dervative) cream from the chemist and give it 48hrs to show improvement, but if there is no improvement than scabies is likely.
