Period!

Long story cut short: I was 2weeks late for my period due to hormone tablets that I took to stop my period for a holiday in May.

Now my period has come, I've been on for 10days now. Its not heavy, but it's really annoying.

Is this normal?

Normal periods for me last 5days.

I used to take Utovlan to suppress my periods occasionally. There was always a price to pay later with either heavy or prolonged periods - or both. I think your body is bound to react to being messed around with. But I agree with the last answer: ring NHS Direct on 08454647. They are brilliant. It's always best to ask the professionals.
