I wouldn't waste your money. Like all miracle diets they do not work

calorie contolled healthy eating to lose weight slowly but surely is the best way and it is far more likely to stay off too

i bought my 1st lot from the usa and waited 4 weeks and was hit with a huge customs fee. dont bother with the usa.
