if i were to run 2 miles every night, how much weight would i lose?

it depends on your diet, anyone can run 2 miles everyday.
depends on how many pies you eat while running!
It also depends on how heavy you are to start with and how mufh weight you have to lose. If your quite overweight the weight will fall off quickly, the less you have to lose the harder it is to shif, so will take longer. It also depends how fit you are in the first place, if you are already quite fit, you might not lose any weight, in fact you could put it on as you build up muscles.... all depends, you need to be more specific, and get some good trainers!
During exercise you can lose weight through sweating but within a day or two the weight is regained after drinking fluids. I knew someone who exercised for over 20 years without losing weight. There is just one equation:

weight loss = calories in - calories out

There were no overweight people in Belsun.
