Hi fluff,

Have you tried, a warm bath, with lavender oil? A few candles around the bathroom, to give it a relaxing feel...then follow with your not milk (add a smidgen of black treacle yum) it is very soothing...don't alert your mind too much (like on here lol), read a book, but only go to bed when feeling sleepy...

don't drink the negative milk lol...it should read Hot milk...

aww mum i liked the idea of negative milk, unfortunatlly i only have a shower not bath so that only wakes me up!
you can get relaxing showers gels...maybe you could have a shower, then wrap yourself in a nice warm fuffy robe, have the lights low and maybe some scented candles (e.g. lavender)...have you hot milk (i like to add Baileys), quiet relaxing music, maybe read a book (nothing too taxing tho) and then off to dreamland for you (fingers crossed)

then at the weekend, don't have long lie-ins - cos that will only screw things up again! (i'm speaking from experience)

wishing you happy dreams! :o)
in the absence of a fuffy robe, a fluffy robe will do just as well!!!!

;o)
You'll just have to sit in the kitchen sink then, fluff !!!

What a bummer...a bath is so relaxing...

OK>>> Candles (mind Kitty) soft music no abering close eyes and try to think of nothing (shouldn't be difficult in your case lol) Hot milk with black treacle (even if I have to come over there and pour it down your gullet!) get a nice guy in to gently massage your head (If I go to the hairdressers, I just want to fall asleep) and drift off...

It must be working, cos I'm nodding off !!

ihmm i'm just a bit to hyper been eyeing a bottle of wine thinking one glass should send me off, but that's such a bad idea, i'll drink the lot and end up even worse tom lol
It must be catching Nummy, this time of night !!

Question Author
oh noodles the only bit of your idea that might work is the nice guy (and thinking of nothin), now must go out and drag one in.

now the kitty, another story last night trying to go to sleep she decides its play time so has a great time then to add insult to injury passes out on MY pillow snoring at 3am leaving me awake and pretty p!ssed of
This might sound crazy but thers is a farm in Ireland that milks its cows at four o clock in the morning because the cows have a hormone (Melatonin)in there body that tells them to sleep which when the cow is milked the hormone is in the milk its all natural no difference in the milk (only cost) its turning into big business I don't know if its available in the uk but this is 100% geniune and tastes the same

It really works according to research and if it didn't why the hell would you milk a cow a 3/4 o clock in the morning

Now the only problem is I don't know the name of the product or company I looked up google and there is a produst called slumber bed time milk or night time milk

Well i hope this may help you get some good nights sleep and bounce some Z's off the ceiling

to be honest i've given up i'm so bloody awake right now
Naughty kitty!!

You certainly need something fluff, to get you relaxed...following your ordeal last week, which is probably playing on your sub-conscience, you have to find some kind of release...easier said than done I s'pose...

Have you got any soothing types of music you can play, and scented candles, like Nummy suggested?

my puddycat likes waking me a silly o'clock too - just to sit and stare at me and purr for a while, before curling up and dropping off to sleep in moments, leaving me wide awake and listening to her getle snoring (bless her!). i'm thinking of adding Night Nurse to her dinner - that'll make her sleep! ;o) lol

(or maybe i should add it to mine instead!!)
Perhaps you should shut your PC down NOW !!!!!

It's us lot keeping you awake.....

Right I will now try a little hypnotism....

Look into my eyes fluffy....sleep....sleeep.....when I snap my fingers you will fall asleeeeeep...*SNAP*....zzzzzzzzzz

*nudge,,nudge* c'mon fluff...time to get up....wakey wakey!!

P.S. Did it work??

It worked on me Noodles!x

Now c'mon fluff, think positive...bashing a keyboard aint the way to relax yourself, because your mind is too active thinking what your gonna type...

Switch off and relax,,,,**s l e e p**

Be good,
