I feel asleep early last night and didn't bother with dinner / tea. The consequence of a very early night is a fairly early morning and I've been awake since 02:30 - but mainly thanks to the bed invader.

Another week beckons and I can hear your enthusiasm from here. Don't worry peeps, it'll soon be Friday.

feeling better ta Ladycg..come to the conclusion the nausea was due to my over zealous ingestion of painkillers for migraine ... have abstained for the last couple of days and it is passing...

it was dark for most of yesterday here..terrible weather..and so it continues ! usually daylight creeps in around 8am at the moment
