Coconut was for thai curry. Used condensed milk for creme caramel but its still cooling ;(

It's really milk flavoured syrup yeeeeuuugh!
When I was a kid (we lived in a cardboard box) lunch was usually a dripping sandwich with salt. On Sundays we pushed the boat out and had a condensed milk sandwich with sugar for pudding.
Pour it over your fruit salad.
Or use in coffee.
Been ages since I last came across that !
you had salt on yer dripping sandwiches? That would have been a distant dream for me, if I didn't have to get up before I went to bed.
Food of the Gods! When I was a child we used to have it poured over the milk that had frozen on the doorstep in Winter. heaven.
Boil an unopened tin of it. 30 minutes to 90 minutes. Depends how you like your caramel. Runny or solid.
