Hi, I am going to have a breast enhancement this year and I wondered if anyone could recommend some really good clinics in London?  I have a consulation next month with a clinic in Harley Street but I just wanted to go for a few more consulations before I made up my mind of which one I would go for.  Many thanks.

From what I've heard Harley Medical Group are the best in the country, been around for years and have a very big clientelle.  Nice one for getting them done, if I had the money I'd do it myself.

Ah thanks hectic, that's who my appointment is with!!  Made me feel happy!!  Thanks!!!!  Been thinking about it for years, so I'm going to go for it!!
This might be slightly irrelevant to your op but an ex boyfriend of mine had a double hernia operation down there and he was so well looked after he didn't want to leave, his room was like a hotel room with an on-suite bathroom so im sure you will be really looked after down there. Good luck and go for it!

Ooooh thanks Little Lady, that sounds fantastic!  Everything little bit of information helps, so thank you!

I am not sure if this will help but I went under the knife in Windsor a few years ago and the treatment I got was absolutely fantastic, my surgeon Mr Khoo is based at the "Hand Clinic", and is brilliant, with a fantastic record. I have since recommended a few friends and they too have had excellent results. As long as you do your research into it, you will be fine.

A word of warning, when you see yourself for the first time after the op be prepared. You are used to seeing your reflection in the mirror, when you see something different it takes a while to get used to it, along with the swelling and possible bruising. (Take arnica tablets a few weeks before the op and there should be no bruising at all - you can get them in Boots).

Good luck. x

Thanks for the excellent info and advice JoCannon, I will take it on board!  If you don't mind me asking, how much did it cost you?

4,500 with consultation costs and two checks ups each 6 months after. This was about 3 years ago now though. This is quite a lot but I stayed in a v nice private hospital for 2 days after the op, Transform etc... don't offer this, simply in and out, but because I was a bit of a wuss and wanted the best treatment I could get, I wanted trained people around in case anything went wrong, and this was standard procedure for Mr Khoo. It just gave me peace of mind. But it is not necessarily necessary.
