child with sunken chest

my 4 yrold has a sunken chest we have only just noticed it when he said why do i have a hole mummy ,the only worry i have noticed is when he runs he gets out of breath quickly which never happened before ,does any one else know any thing about sunken chest?

This is clearly not right and is causing your child distress, go to your GP now & set your mind at rest. If treatment is needed best to start now while he is v/young.
