Natural yoghurt is the same as Live yoghurt. I am suffering from thrush down below and bought Natural yoghurt to insert internally, but after looking on the internet, I noticed they seemed to recommend Live yoghurt... thank you.

natural is the flavour and some WILL say live on the pot!

take acidophillus by mouth too! and avoid nylons and caffeine!

plenty of cranberry juice will help too!

Some natural yogurt will be live, it will tell you on the pot. However I would advise you to go to the Chemist and get some Canestan pessaries which are very good.

ooh yes i once had one tablet and some cream which was great, and much faster!

the biggest problem was 'bounce back' symptoms caused by my then husband, who was reinfecting me!

I am not an expert on women's problems, but I thought that the live yoghurt was to be taken by mouth........not inserted into the vagina.

Cranberry juice won't help thrush, it's marginally useful for helping prevent uti's, allegedly.
