Pins and needles

I have a sore throat but now have these pins and needles on the left side if my neck just under the ear and was wondering if it is conected and if it is serious enough to see a doctor. I am using a throat spray and gargling and hoping to be better.

Yes, it is surely connected........no big deal......just take Ibuprofen 400mgms at least if and when necessary up to every 4 hours and monitor the situation as it is probably viral in origin.
