Morning Boaty - not going for a run (too old and knackered) but just nipping to the boiler rooms to change the clocks!! Bit nippy here in NW Wales at the moment 3.5 degrees according to the temp on the car. Had a great weekend - seaside at Rhyl on Saturday and driving over the Denbigh Moors on Sunday and over to Betws y Coed for an ice cream and see all the motorbikes on display.

chi-chi, I'm sitting watching the sky slowly get lighter along the hilltop, it won't be long before the sun gives me a wonderful display of all the colours you can think of as it comeup the back of the hill. It's worth being up this early. :o}

WBM....I face the derbyshire hills..a clear view, and the dawn is just trying to show the sun, a light orange horizon , with some street lights in the distance, shining like orange stars.

I went to sleep last night without drawing the curtains. Woke up at 3am with the street light shining through the window, Couldn't get back to sleep.

Dawn breaking here now - told her not to do that yoga thingy - lol. Can't see the mountains from my office but generally, Snowdonia looks magnificent as the sun rises - had the pleasure of watching it on Saturday morning.
