My fancy new scales say I'm bordering on Obese, but I know better - I just need to be about 3 inches taller!

Could Weight Watchers help with this?

Try the Catholic Church instead. They may have a spare rack...
what, making you taller? doubtful...
Join the Weight Loss and Dieting thread on here, venator, it's great moral support!

Weight watchers didn't help me, I'm not good at paying to be weighed and following regimes, I just need to eat less of the wrong things.

By your definition, I should be a 6'3" tall bloke...
quite right, most cases of overweight are in fact just undertall. I myself should be 7 foot 6.
LOL, the AB Amazons!
I should have been twins..
the uterus that could hold two of me hasn't been built yet
I lost 3.5 stone with Slimming World - I have put a bit back on but that was entirely my own fault. I'm back with SW now and the weight is coming back off slowly. I think WeightWatchers work more or less in the same way. I find that going each week to be weighed helps me to stick to the eating regime, which isn't to onerous (sp). As boxtops says join us on the Weight Loss and Dieting thread - lots of morel support there. Good Luck what ever route you take.
