Neutregena brand is great.
I agree with ellie. It's very good and non greasy
The Body Shop hemp ones are particularly good
Garnier intensive handcream SOS Repair. "skin is still hydrated after washing"
Neutrogena Norwegian Formula is the best one I've ever tried, and believe me I've tried many!

Occitane make lovely hand and feet creams
Yes the Garnier one is brilliant, my hands get very dry due to washing them all the time and using alco gel and it really works, it's in a green tube.
This...'Working Hands'...not a beauty product...but it really works.

Amazon.co.uk User Recommendation
I agree with Prudie. The Body Shop hemp one.
Should have mentioned Flexitol Hand and Nail cream, and their Hand Balm...both at Boots
If you want something you can use in the day time then I like Elemis Proradiance hand cream because it absorbs quickly and doesn't leave a residue on your hands. For night use then L'Occitane is good or if you want a not tested on animals one, then Molton Brown is lovely.
