Hiya
Can anyone recommend a conditioner which would actually work? I have long hair which I colour and am sick and tired of wasting money on products which make all sorts of claims yet don't seem to work for me! Some of the ones I've tried are really awful and I can hardly get a comb through my hair after washing it. What I'd like is something that would smooth and moisturise my hair but not straighten it (it has it's own curl) and is it worth spending a bit more for something that works?
Any suggestions please?

John Frieda products are good
My hair is fine and quite fizzy and it has improved since I started using the Aussie three minute miracle conditioner. It is the upside-down bottle with the 'hole' at the bottom.

I have also just started using Dove Serum just before I dry it - makes it softer but not greasy or heavy.

Same as wolf- the Aussie ones are good.
Yes, the Aussie products are good. Also Salon Inc from Sandbanks . Also, L'Oreal. First of all though, I'd try the Aussie range.
The Aussie ones smell nice too, nice start to the day.
Yes, I think so too. And quite entertaining to read the bottles :-)
You could try Aragon Oil which softens and treats the hair especially if left to its own devises, it tends to be a bit dry and fizzy like mine.
I use Pantene pro v or the Aussie thing...

Thank you everybody! Will have a look at the Aussies and also the dove serum. Here's to a frizz-free Christmas! :)
Thanks again for your replies.

Squeeze your hair on a towel after shampooing, apply conditioner and comb through with a wide toothed comb before rinsing. Don't over rub with the towel before drying. You should be tangle free.
The conditioner you get with Nice n Easy hair dye is really good. I believe you can but it on it's own.
