Having watched "The Missing" again still very confused. It doesn't help with speaking in French so much, should have subtitles so we can at least follow it a bit. I'm sticking with it though in the hope it will all fall into place.
I haven't a clue who anyone is apart from Tony, can't keep track with his wife either. Too many unexplained people. Who were the boys near the beginning. I thought at first one was the missing Ollie due to him being hugged like that!
The more I think, Caran, the more confused I get.....I look down to check my knitting and when I look up someone dead is back on the screen...fit and healthy.... :-(
Why not put us all lout of our missery and show Episode 8 NOW.
I can't stand watching James Nesbitt's miserable face and Irish accent for one more minute.
Sandy...Monroe....he plays a Consultant Neurosurgeon.
Apparently he is very popular with the viewing public but he doesn't do it for me. Too pally with the staff, particularly his junior staff and accepts their chekky remarks. Also, for me, he is too casually dressed for a Consultant.
But all in all it seems to be what the viewing public want.
I think life is too short to be bothered following a programme with, apparently, such convoluted plots. Feel like this with books too, if it doesn't grab me by the end of chapter 1, I give up. There are a million other books and "some" more programmes.
