In the recent past when we have gone to war along with the Yanks, we lose more from US 'friendly fire' than from enemy fire.

God forbid we war with them!

Bit like being killed by family......americans are not indiginous (like red-indians) and they all have extended family around the world. It would probably excalate into a world war!
