Couldn't really find a really close category for this Q, teaching would've been best, however in this case literature is the closest.
A way for English teachers to explain paragraphing is using a way named tiptop paragraphing.
There's something called the tiptop song, but i can't find it anywhere! please give me a link! :S x

As an English teacher, I had not heard of this phrase. A google search was helpful. It pretty much is just a reminder of when to s tart a new paragraph in a narrative:when you change places, people, etc. Pretty much when thje main subject of paragraph changes. I am interested in looking into this more and why it's called tiptop. As for the song, I don't know.
