Even though I can't stand the man, and its a pity he's back in the country, he's done nothing to warrent jail.

I think the man should still be questioned about the 'swimming pool' incident. The man who died had horrific injuries and I'm sure if something like that had happened at a party of mine I would be able to give some information even if it was just who he was there with etc.

..but he has been questioned about the pool incident... and cleared of any blame... I'm not sticking up for him , I can't stand the man, all this hype has been caused by the press who have hung drawn and quartered him before you can say kangaroo court...

I think the guys family are trying to have him back up in court. I just wondered if any thing could come of it as he has already been cleared. Thanks for all your answers
