bit of work in the morning( 4 hrs) then up the hospital for 9 mth eye check up for diabetes, sod doing the chasing i just stand there lol xx

We left Heathrow an hour late but apart from that yes thank you we did. GY doing ok after his recent problems but we'll be going back to Papworth sooner rather than later. Did Boatie have a good birthday ? No sign of him yet.

quite funny really i was discharged from the eye clinic 9 mths ago as there was no problems this is just a precaution they take as i'm diabetic probably every year

Yes,so do I. After 11am I only venture out between the house and the car as it's still reaching over 40 at the moment. I trust you'll have a satisfactory appt at the diabetic clinic,GY goes to same sort of clinic at the GP's.

Fingers crossed,thank you both. Have to get on with cleaning now,the sand has got in everywhere while we were away. The cupboards are bare and the fridge is empty except for a yoghurt which appears to have evolved into another life form. Back later I hope.
