I'm wanting to buy this for my husband as he said he's never ready it.

As (if I'm correct) its a childrens book - which version should I buy as I presume there are some scaled down ones for younger too?

Thanks if you can help

When it was written (in 1726?) it wasn't written as a childrens book, but as satire of various political situations as well as the many "Travellers Tales" that were common at the time. Still a good read

OK thanks for that - he'll ready anything so think I'll order him a copy.
Yes, be careful. "Gullivers Travels" by Jonathan Swift is available in various adbridged versions that make the story more suitable for children, including versions that take out whole sections of the story. Best make sure you go for an unabridged edition.
I think this is the full version, and as cheap as any
