homosexuals

I know a few of above and whilst I do believe most homos can find happiness with each other - I am generalising here I really dont believe they are ever truly happy with the way they have turned out - also facing all the hurdles of life - bullying, homophobia - beatings - I would be very sure they would have loved to turn out hereterosexual. Just for the peace for their lives.

I understand where your are coming from.Homosexuals have to face a lot of abuse & homophobia from people who are downright ignorant.
However i am glad that the world and peoples acceptance have evolved to such a degree that people dont have to remain in the closet and can lead happy and very fulfilling lives.
I dont think any Homosexual would say that it had been an easy road but the destination is far closer now and so it should be.

oops and whats wrong with the term Homosexual -that encompasses both males and females.I think you would find thats the term commonly used and it is no way detrimental or meant to be to anyone who is -erm Homosexual-change the goalposts and that IMO is beating about the bush -no pun intended but its almost like i have to use a trendy name so as not to cause insult.
fair enough, Connemmara. If jno jnr said he was gay, I wouldn't be shocked or unhappy at all but I would think his life is now going to be a bit harder. (Not as much harder as it would have been 50 years ago, though.)
Personally, I would have loved to have been born a lot richer. So we all have our little disappointments.

did not mean to offend so many people but I was only merely saying that most homosexuals have faced so many hurddles, barrage of names - what I said before - If you are talking 50 years ago it was terrible - but there's Stephen Gately 33 years absolutely petrified of "coming out" in case it would affect his music and business.
Also the other in Westlife group - he was too terried to come out - telling parents and so so on. Why should they be petrified then if the world is so full of acceptance.
