Chat Line Work

I work for one of the biggest adult chat line companys in the U.K. We pay our operators 18p a min at all times and 21p a min between 2.00am and 10.00am. We pay WEEKLY straight into their bank accounts and send self billed invoices every week detailing all the calls they have taken and how much they earned for each one. My question is simply this: Why can't we get any ladies/women to come and work for us !!! ??? There are absolutly no catches no set up fees of any kind so why cant we get staff ??

Because if they set up for themselves, they can earn much much more. I used to get �1.80 per minute....
No comparison really.
