I've been sacked for sickness, I was working with this company for 8 months & I was off work 3 times due to sickness. I am now currently searching for a new job & I don't know whether to be honest on my c.v or to remove my last employer from my c.v & say I have been off work for the last 8 months. What do I put on my c.v?

You must put down your last employer. Your next employer may do pre-employment checks and will want to know what you were doing during the gaps in employment. If they find you lied they might withdraw any offer they had made.

You don't have to put the reason you left a job on your c.v. If you get to interview I would recommend that you were honest about your sickness absence.

Hopefully you will be able to tell them you are fully recovered or do not expect to have such a high level of absence in future, or you will have to be honest and tell them that you have an ongoing health issue which they may decide they could or couldn't support prior to offering you a job.

Good luck.
