right, i might get slaughtered for this suggestion and it is NOT aimed at anyone in particular but maybe there should be a limit on the amount of questions that any one poster posts within a 24 hour period.
Questions that were posted around 10ish last night have been pushed right back 4 pages, we have to wade through 3-4 pages of nonsense before we can see the latest, (proper) posts from the night before.
Im not having a dig at anyone but it is so bloody dull now. Surely im not the only one who is sick of it. I think its a shame that questions that are fun, or questions where genuine answers are required will go unnoticed because of this.

I agree with a lot of what everyone has said -I am reluctant to post at night now for fear of being cricified.
Thing is I am more than able to stand my ground but when its against 'anon' people I am stuck.
How can anyone post such vile untruths about another person when they havent even crossed posts with them -Its bordering on manic.
I today much to my chagrin thought I was being set up by someone so they could have yet another jibe at me and it turns out that user Chatirbox (sp?0 is genuine but someone has a simliar username.I feel terible now but I am just so edgy on here but at the same time I have made genuine friends on here and dont want to bail out -what a dilemna.
Anyway Jules back to your Q -just to keep it on topic.I agree knobby went nuts -no pun intended but I can also see where he is coming from -you feel like youre constanntly looking over your shoulder at times.Although that was OTT last night -well it was Knobby and even you know that -nom point in sugar coating it.
I saw a thread from Ethel and thought o I must go back to that -just to let her know I also had been thinking about her -well its lost in the mist of time now -thats the kinda example I would use.I am reluctant to compose a thread on CB now as i know within 5 mins its lost and I dont post threads much at all so when i do- I try to do put some thought into -it waste of time.

From what you are saying julie, are you implying that half-witted trolls like knobbynonuts should NOT be goaded for fear of agitating them ? That sounds like cyber political correctness. Shame, and tough.
And - to nonuts - you repeatedly bash on at me (whiffey), even my absence, it borders on an obsession with you, so I would like you to reply directly, with named examples, of where I am trolling this site and under which false names.
Until then, I for my part regard you and your small hours bombardments of obnoxious drivel as a very significant threat to this website, of which I have been a member for a number of years, and which I greatly value.
