The colours are fine, but if you wish to change them so they look more business application like when I sneak a few minutes here during the day, that'd be good.
hehe that's what i was going to say Old Geezer

I like that, "business time theme"!
How about a drop down menu somewhere on the homepage so you can choose your own background for here? I know quite a few forums do this, so you can personalise it, so to speak.

Ive never been keen on the orange and red combo, so not voted as there's not a "don't like it" option.
I've never liked it either. It's maroon and burnt orange on mine. I like greens and blues.
B00's suggestion is an excellent one!!!!

I would like a purple/pink option thank you very much :o)

Add a "don't like it" option!

I take it my drop down menu of colours idea sucks then? LOL
soft blues and greens would be more soothing and are better for calming aggression...
Question Author
I do like the idea actually B00. But it sounds like something that could go wrong quickly?
Don't see how? Unless it's hard to set up or something? As you can gather, im not very techy minded! But what I was thinking was, i go to another forum, and on the homepage, they have a drop down menu with different themed backgrounds on which you can view the pages from.
I don't mind it as it is...but it actually looks better with just the red.

If we go much brighter it tends to look a bit cheap (and blinds people)....
Anyone else think the site has a dated look to it? 1980's maybe?
The colours are not the only problem. Its just got too many boxy borders and fixed edges for me.
I'll get me coat....

I don't like red. On AB, cars, bank balances etc.

It's ok on fruit. Hair is never really red, so that doesn't count.

I like B00's idea. A lot.
purple please! x
