Disappointment with pet poodle
I took my poodle of 12 years to the vet for her first checkup and my vet has sadly advised me that I may have been the victim of a scam, i.e. she was never a poodle but is in fact a different species, perhaps a rare species of sheep. Is it common for mutton to be dressed up as poodle? I'm so upset I don't quite know what to do.
It does explain the patchy lawn and highly unusual 'bark' however.
What should I do?

What should you do?? I suggest you take up a hobby! Try knitting, voluntary work or perhaps work for the local dog rescue centre, or sheep farming in austrailia - then you will be able to tell the difference from a poodle of 12 years old to a sheep!!!!

Why are you upset?
You have had this dog for 12 years. Does that not mean anything to you?
So it may not be a poodle. So what?
What should you do? Get something important to worry about!
