you must certainly can, one grain of sweet corn will catch you roach, dace carp and is brilliant for tench.

oh i forgot to add, just run of the mill stuff you get from the local shop or supermarket will do (green giant) ect

Sweetcorn is an exellent bait ,as an Angler for more than 20yrs I can totally recomend it for Course and Game fishing.

i sed it and almost caught a massive carp but i pulled it away as me rod is too weak
