4. We're having a big office party next week.

5. (The biggest RTBC) We are picking Phoebe up on 11 March.

Sun is shining and it's the first day this year that the washing is out on the line. I'm easily pleased ha!

My reason to be cheerful is that I am alive and I have just managed to eat half a slice of toast soaked in tomato juice with 2 tinned tomatoes and some grated lactose free cheese. yaaay

My car is working beautifully.

I've been given a lovely pile of fabric to make shorts and dresses for children in an orphanage in Africa...itching to get started.

Islay's not going to write her raunchy novel.....Phew!...Although Ed keeps encouraging her...........☺

I'm alive and healthy (well fairly)it's warmer then it has been and it's not raining so I managed to get a it of outside work done.

I'm off to U3A table tennis soon. Sure the tables are too small and the bats are faulty but get lots of exercise running after the balls and picking them up.....and we don't stop laughing.

Housework is all done and washing baskets are all empty.

1. I have finally completed my current (and hopefully last) piece of IKEA self-assembly - a chest of drawers - 57 pieces of MDF, 230 assorted connector thingies and a pack of tacks for the back. It looks good & it all seems to work :+)

2. Everything in my house now has a home ... not everything is yet in said home, but it's happening.

3. The car boot has 6 bags of redundant clothes for the Sally Ann shop.

4. My wine racks are full.

5. The conservatory was actually warm enough to sit in without any heat on yesterday.

6.The bike battery has been charged, the tyres pumped and all other vital fluids are present and correct - next sunny day is all that is needed ...

Thank you, NoM.......though I confess that sewing for these charities is a bit self indulgent....neither my son nor my daughter will wear my pretty dresses and little cotton shorts.....despite my threats about the will..... ;-).....and I do love making them.....x
