Saw a doe with 3 calves this morning!
Is there anything we can do to help her?
What sort of food could we put down for instance?

Don't they just eat vegetation? Maybe you could google what they eat. How lovely that you want to help them x
The best thing you can do for this deer and the fawns is to keep your distance as they are easily spooked
Do Nothing or you may be responsible for her abandoning her calves. Are you sure there was not another Doe about? Deer are not solitary and it has been know for an older Doe to baby sit.

Almost certain she is on her own. Second time we have spotted her.
Will now have to change where I walk the dog for a week or so as scared of scaring her.
Can't totally avoid her as she has taken up residence on our drive!
Must remember to take a camera to the shop tomorrow!
if she is semi-tame you could help her with some stock feed pellets. She will need some good food to nurse three fawns.

///The roe deer is territorial, and whilst the territories of a male and a female might overlap, other roe deer of the same sex are excluded unless they are the doe's offspring of that year.///
