What's your day been like? What mood are you in? Good or bad day for you?

Stressful. Against time to get DIY done ready for my flooring to be laid on Monday. Mr.AC seems to be working against me by turning the heating on - not great when I am trying to sand skirting boards and repaint the pipes! Plus I'm working all weekend so very little time to get everything done. Oh well, break over - back to it! Hoping everyone else is having a more exciting day

Ah confused, you could have done with a free weekend! Sanding skirting down, it's an awkward position to be in & a sweaty job too!

Pretty good thank you, drove about fifty miles to do a job which fell through, drove back and was at home by 11am finished ...and I still get paid :-)

Lovely day thank you, Elina......very expensive hospital appointment. Not the car parking......but the proximity of Next to the hospital......and the proximity of Next to a garden and decorating stuff shop.....

A sewing project came together beautifully......and I think Steg called me deer.......♥

I have neck ache and sore knees now. Mr.AC is obviously knackered from his supervision of my work and is now having his afternoon nap. Asleep with a beer can in his hand!

Gness, I love to shop. Some great bargains to be had at the moment! I've fallen in love with a pair of shoes in Clarks!! What have you been making/ sewing? Mixed up kind of a day here, great laugh in work though as always.

I'm bloody furious - too long a story to explain. Going to sleep on it until Monday - well I'm very, very tired.

Confused, that's what I mean , awkward angle to sand, no wonder you have neck ache. You need a little drink yourself & you'll feel your neck loosen up! Didn't you use a little cushion to kneel on?

No, but I could pull OH off his chair whilst in his sleepy state and kneel on his beer belly :)

I don't like shopping, Elina....but I wanted jeans....and you have to pass the trouser bit to get to jeans.....and they had such lovely floaty trousers.

My daughter makes Honiton lace....she wanted something to carry her lace pillow in.
I had an image in my head of a lined corduroy box-shape with fold down flaps to access the pillow easily and on which I could do lots of hand sewing...love hand sewing....amazingly it's worked!
And it worked!

A lazy day today, my day off and I am doing nothing constructive, in fact, I have just woken after a nap and about to have a lovely roast dinner.
