Can I put sunscreen on the cat?

He loves sunbathing but I'm worried about his delicate little ears. Is it ok for me to use my Nivea factor 20 on his ears?

Ha, got him a good'un.

Put loads in my hands, strolled over, gave him a big ruffle of the head (mostly ears) and managed to get away before he gave me a reason to visit A&E. He appears to have not noticed his head is covered in the stuff. Mmwwwaaahhaaahaaa.

Ooohh, sorry, lots of answers while I was busy planning my ambush. He is mostly white so I want to make sure he is protected although he does take himself indoors to cool down after a while.
