Sick Cat...

My cat has ongoing bouts of sickness. She's an indoor cat, 11 years old and has had an assortment of tests at the vets with no adverse reports.
My own inclination is that this relates to nervous tension but otherwise am at a loss to either explain it or find a solution.
Can anyone offer any help or ideas please?

Has she always suffered from this ? Or is is just every so often? Most cats can and will vomit at will, either if they have eaten something too fast, or simply too much food or if they think something seemed a bit 'off'. I had a cat that used to vomit around 15 minutes after her food, she was otherwise healthy and wormed it was just a routine thing she did....although not all the time.
Bugsie, has your vet checked for kidney disease? It's not uncommon in older cats, and my Rover used to vomit a lot - to the extent that at one stage he threw up after every meal. The vet tested his blood for kidney function and found that this was the problem. He went straight on medication and two years later is a different cat - you need to make sure he has plenty to drink too.
