white spots

Hi, im 15 years old coming up to 16 and im male... Since 3 years ago ive had these white spots on the back of my arms(not many), but in the beginning of this summer the spots have spreaded and into the bottom of my arms, shoulders and are starting to come up on my chest! Im 1.67m and 60 kg! Thank you!
