white spots on tongue

hi everyone hope u can help...
as sum of u know i have a new nephew who is now 2 weeks on thursday...

just lately hes got these white spots on his tongue and they are everywhere...they are only on his tongue

we have not tried to touch them but he keeps sticking his tongue out...

the health visitor is coming tomorrow but i was just wondering if anyone had any idea what it is..

we think its jst white milk spots because we have looked at baby oral thrush and it doesnt look or is described like what little alfie has??

I would suggest to stop worrying, wait until the health visitor comes tomorrow and ask her advice. None of us can really help since we can't see the problem, even if we could I doubt there are many of us qualified to give a diagnosis. Just don't worry.
