special one today.....all dogs are mongrels...they have a common ancestor from approx 30-50k years ago. If you needed any confirmation of how dim the eejits are that pay stupid money for a "ozlemdog" then look no further.
An owner of an expensive pedigree dog might think that folk spending an even larger amount on a flashy car capable of speeds twice the UK limit are the eejits.
We have only ever had mixed breeds rescued or rehomed dogs and cats, often because they have health problems. Rejects! (I tell OH that's why I chose him ;o))We don't care what they look like.
Both of my dogs were mongrels - Bull Mastiff/GSD and Lab/GSD.
They were both big, healthy-looking boys.
I think that Wolves are magnificent animals who would be embarrassed to know that we have used their genes to create some stupid-looking yappy balls of fur.
yeah but no but yeah - they are all crossbred but they have been selectively bred for physical and/or temperamental characteristics so pedigree dogs are somewhat predictable whereas "mongrels" may not be.
Don't know how you cope with two of 'em, TTT. This guy is a handful on his own. As i speak (type) he is bringing his breakfast (dry food mixed with a half sachet of Chum with gravy) into the living room, piece by piece. I only hoovered yesterday afternoon:-(
My little Cockerpoo is exactly that, she’s the product of a toy poodle and a cocker spaniel , although I’m pleased she’s not sired by a Jack Russel and a Shih-Tzu and labelled a Jack Chit :0/
Bobbi, Poppy was rehomed by us as a cockerpoo. We now believe her to be a shittycockypoo! We don't care what she is really, but she is s product of rogue breeders. Her previous owner is someone I know well and we still get together.
