Ever since the day I got Maxie his paws but particularly the two front are very very "hacked" - they are not sore etc but very razor like while they should be velvet-liked

I know this happened in his last home whatever she done but I would like to buy cream anything to help reduce this. Even when he runs his paws up your arm they are so abrasive. Any help today as I will be going out later. Thanks.

Are you talking about his pads?

They will not be 'velvet like' as he walks on them all the time on concrete etc. if you imagine if you went bare feet all the time then your feet would be abrasive.

they are still far more abrasive than Harvey's
Every dog is different. you could buy doggie booties for him.
I bought booties for Robbie as his paws used to get iced up. He ate the booties.

I've just seen an advert for this online - it's maybe worth a try
