It's not easy to tolerate sometimes but god loves a trier and I can disarm the most objectionable punters when I am at my smiling best, don't take away my chance to diss them by thinking it matters that you think i'm rude and bad at my job, i'm neither.
do you know someone rang up today and asked if anyone there spoke turkish. i said no sorry, they said okay and hung up. that's bizarre. another woman rang up and asked what time we opened boxing day because she had phones 4 times and noone had answered the phone.........the fact we have had a queue 20 people long for most of the day with all 4 tills manned meant nothing to her, she needed to know what we were doing boxing day, that's another bizarre one bordering on patronising. another bloke kicked off because we had run out of fiancee xmas cards, the fact that the xmas cards have been out since october went over his head, he was just rude.
