morning, Sunday already, hasn't this week flown by. I hope you are all as well as can be and that your day is a good one. Anyone have plans for today? I will be meeting up with a friend for coffee later on, i haven't seen her since well before Christmas so we have a lot to catch up on.

managed a bit of a sleep yesterday which helped.. and testing daily..just in case !

Morning all - nothing planned here other than working late on. Unless Falmouth calls...my sister saying that yesterday she had relapsed on the eating front a little - after an excellent day the day before. Up and down and still very much by the day. My sister is a little concerned that the staff, being down in numbers, are leaving my mother's feeding to my sister, a question of 'a sqad monitor' and see before approaching the home manager...
