Good Morning Early Birds!

Sunday. Another nice day on the way, some cloud about but I don't think it's going to rain.
The joys of domesticity after the usual Sunday trip to do a bit of shoplifting and see my favourite checkout girl. Always good fun, she, me and a mate have the place in fits of giggles. Last week one lady said she only goes shopping in that store on Sunday because she knows she will have a good laugh. At least we make one person happy! :o}

Morning both, had a pleasant day yesterday at the local fete, Jen won a few prizes on the tombola and next door neighbour won 1st place with one of her South African ridgebacks. Beer tent was popular as well !

Yes Jen will pay the price today though, because she is not very active because of her back, walking round fete after shopping at supermarket has knocked her for six. So guess I'll be doing the Sunday lunch today.

Yes WBM Jen knows she should be more physically active but just over did it yesterday.

That's to be expected. All you can do is support her and make sure she does rest when possible.

Yes I will do Boaty, the new pain relief medication is obviously helping, but as I said she just over did it, can't see her getting out of bed today.

Morning all....a bit ugh as I didn't hit the sack until 12.30, a very nice supper at my sisters and we sat outside on the patio, a fire on and an overhead gas heater. Not for you, Boaty, as it was a superb fish pie and followed by a massive blackberry and apple crumble - I picked 5.5 pounds of blackberries from the bushes in the fields here, only took 30 minutes......other than that, the final large area flattened (strimmed and mowed) and today I'll get the loppers and gloves out to take on a really thick Buddleia near the old greenhouse, horrible stuff that it can be.
