It is indeed Bobbisox. Lot needing done in the garden so went out for a while - had to come in to cool down, it's just so hot here. Hope everyone is enjoying the Bank Holiday.

Hi ladies, I'm only on here because it was a very early flight ,up at 3-30am so just idling away my time as I don't fancy the garden , I'm washing holiday stuff instead , lol

Why do we all have to enjoy the blazing heat, I personally can't stand it ! Felt sick taking dog for a walk this morning with the sun beating down on me (she wasn't bothered) and had to cut the walk short! Lovely and cool in my front room ...

Sunshine is one thing - I love it. However heat that hits you in the face when you outside is not good for you, but mad dogs and Englishmen............... Curtains closed here, we are inside until the air cools.

The problem with the sunshine and heat in this country is it never stays long enough for us to get used to and enjoy. I spent nine months in the middle of the Pacific on a tiny coral atoll. The first day I spent five minutes outside before having to go inside. After a month of continuous sunshine I could spend all day in it without any discomfort.

Got through customs with a fair bot Sharon, no Customs on, not one, I took a chance with spirits ( plastic bottles ) and if they'd been taken off me it would have been a fair cop, never bring fags tho, we don't smoke and I refuse to fetch them for anyone anyway

I'm like Woofy, grumpy in this weather. Quite honestly I like Spring and Autumn and sunny winter days but would abolish summer! But going to the coast late evening when the tourists go home is perfect.
