I'm not sure I understand the question.
Nothing. He scribbles to make a point...usually to show that someone is stupid.

Jazz hands :-)
Ta Ummmm.
It always goes along the lines of...

I'm not paying 'X' back the money I owe because they stayed in my house for two weeks 10 years ago and didn't pay rent.

He writes that down in big :-)
Surely there are Not Abers who believe in 'Judge Rinder' as a real Judge. It's what's known as a 'Reality' programme which takes place in a mock-up set as if in a real Court of Law and is filmed and edited to make believe it is all true. The same applies to 'Judge Judy'.

Hans.
He's a criminal barrister.
I know he's a Criminal Barrister and a very good one. However, he has now become an Actor and is possibly making better money than he was before, in real law courts.

Hans.
Who cares? Your first post made him sound like a fake.
The whole programme is possibly a fake.

Hans.
As the producers pay the awards both parties are in a win win. One gets the money, the other doesn't pay and they both get expenses.
It's TV, Hans, don't take it too seriously. He's qualified though. It's not like they got an actor in to play the part...
He's in Strictly this year. Shame, as I can't stand him
Ok ummmm. Perhaps you will agree it's nothing more than a game show.

Hans.
I love him...I don't watch strictly though.
Yes, Hans, I've been to court cases and they are seriously boring!!
I can appreciate what you are saying ummmm because my job involved legal work and my spending a considerable amount of time in Court. However, the situations were for real.

Hans.
He's definitely a real criminal barrister, but TV soon realised how popular the US Judge Judy show is and so they decided to make a British version.
The situations in JR are 'for real'.
The Claimant/Respondent are really at loggerheads ans JR sorts it out in an equitable fashion.......exactly as hc4361 states.

It makes for an entertaining TV show, resolves conflict (usually) and stops these sort of cases clogging up the County/Small claims courts.
Bit of light entertainment ..nothing more
Is his programme still on? What channel and when please?
