The following market sizes are from Nielsen (a research source) which has an estimated coverage of 80% of the total market size.

Volume Sales of Canned Food in Japan 2014
‘000 tones

Canned meat / fish 800.00 ?
Canned vegetables 525.00 ?
Canned fruit 123.00 ?

TOTAL 1,448.00


Please calculate the corresponding 100% from each figure and write it down in the column.

Divide each figure by 80 to find the value of 1%. then multiply by 100 to get 100%.
You have the figures for each of the 3 sections. you have the total to divide each section figure by. You will know to multiply by 100% to get each into percentage form.
Looking at it again and the mention of total market share, I don't think the question is clear. You'd need to factor in the 0.8 of the market if the percentages are meant to be of the market rather than the given figures.
This question must come from some sort of maths/spreadsheet course as it has been asked on her before. Someone with a very similar name to mine gave an answer here:
