Those pilots are all members of the RAF, we in the UK are involved in armed conflicts against insurgents/terrorists who are predominantly Muslim, said pilots may have been engaged in bombing missions against those terrorists/insurgents which could offend Muslim countries that are currently friendly towards us

Fascinating - on that Red Arrows website there are articles about a display in Jeddah, Saudia Arabia, and another planned for Islamabad, Pakistan, only cancelled because of the state of emergency. You can't get a lot more muslim than those two locations !

It's because they are military!

If you think about it for 2 seconds you will see that having a military display is totally inappropriate for the Olymics.
