We're making some changes to The AnswerBank. You may have noticed that emojis now work and you can make your text bold and italic

There were some issues with old versions of Safari which should now be resolved. If you still experience problems, please try clearing the browser cache and cookies. If Safari continues to be problematic, please ensure you're using the latest version.

To use emojis on mobile, please use the emoji keyboard installed on your phone.

Links should now be clickable.

If you have any other issues, please let me know using this thread.

Thank you for your patience.

Thank you SpareEd, I shall look forward to the changes when I get home tomorrow 😎

Thanks

Thanks, ABSpareEd. I'm glad the teeny tiny print size has gone, and everything else is fine!

👏

But...after posting that^^^emoji, I wanted to post a second one. And they bounced...as did the rest of the page. 😣

Not sure if emoji 4, row 3 "smiling_face" works when posted - ☺

No, it doesn't...

😀🤔😉🙄

I've discovered that the emojis on my tablet work 😁

I've messed about with my phone so much and all seems well now.   Hurrah!   I've just told my husband - rather proudly I have to say - that I've become a computer geek.  He doesn't believe me.  Can't think why.  ;o)

🤓

Oops - 😉

Yep I think (I do occationally) think alls working 😎

Everything now seems to work under Safari - thanks for the repairs.

Please someone pick me oop on my poor smelling 😉

Probably nothing to do with recent changes but line spacing in answer box has doubled - after several lines being typed, it goes back to normal .??Reason.  Using Chromebook (no Windows).

Will there be a time when we can use gifs?

I'm still not able to attach links to a post. Rather than getting the 'https' or 'www' to appear, I get the page header of the site to transfer.

Do I have to reset anything? (Using Windows 10 with Edge). Thanks for any help.

Are you able to provide an example here, Captain2? 👀

Maybe the number of emojis should be limited per post as some abers will use them to play games.
there maybe an argument for a topic for the players on the site ?
